Half Full Philosophy

Half Full Philosophy

Spilled my coffee.

Now, my cup is half empty.

Breathe heavy.

My weight increased suddenly.

I lost my keys, but found my favorite socks.

Of course, I’d be on the toilet as opportunity knocked.

Checked my clock.

Damn it! I’m late for destiny.

I’m fuming.

Evident by forests of flaming trees.

I’m cannabis calm with a tense temper.

Of course, winter is coming. July feels like December.

The clouds raining;

 Halted by everything sunny.

Looked downwards.

Now, I’m staring at free money.

The flow of life; undefeated whenever fought.

Of course, it’s never as bad as I first thought.

Once asleep.

I tossed and turned, yet woke refreshed.

I brewed some Folgers,

  While distracted by next steps.

Spilled my coffee.

Now, my cup is half empty.

I don’t care.

I’m filled with the half full philosophy.
